Where Does Needlemouth Studio Ship?
At this time, Needlemouth Studio ships only within the United States. We’re not currently offering international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Processing Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using USPS rates. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Free Shipping
All U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. No promo code required—the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After your package has been shipped, it is handled by USPS. Needlemouth Studio is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed. We recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance in these cases. If there are any concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help how we can.
RETURNS
At Needlemouth Studio, every canvas is carefully hand-painted to offer you high-quality designs for your needlepoint journey. Because each piece is handmade, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges—but we truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. Whether your item arrived damaged or you have a concern, we will work together to find a solution.

PRE-ORDERS
For those wishing to purchase a canvas now and wait for its arrival, please read this information regarding pre-orders and timelines.
I’m ordering both an in-stock canvas and a pre-order canvas. Will I receive the in-stock canvas now or later?
For split orders, your in-stock items will ship as soon as you place your order. You will receive a separate shipping invoice when your pre-ordered canvas arrives and is ready to ship.
Why does it show such a long timeline for this canvas?
Every canvas designed by Needlemouth Studio is carefully and professionally hand-painted. As we use a painting service, we are subject to the wait times and queues of the hundreds of other designers submitting their orders.
Will it be exactly the amount of time shown on the website?
Unfortunately, the estimations given for each canvas are based on what our painting service has told us at the time of ordering. These times can be pushed back due to circumstances beyond our control in the industry, such as a canvas shortage, a boom in order quantities received by the painting service, or a partial fulfillment. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed.
Is it possible that I will receive my order before the estimated time?
Yes, it is possible that you may receive your pre-ordered canvas well before the estimated time, and that, of course, is the goal. All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed, so if Needlemouth Studio receives an earlier shipment than expected, your order may be fulfilled ahead of schedule.
