We take great care to make sure your hand-painted needlepoint canvases reach you safely and in a timely manner. Please read the information below before placing your order.
Where Does Needlemouth Studio Ship?
At this time, Needlemouth Studio ships only within the United States. We’re not currently offering international shipping.
Shipping Rates & Processing Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using USPS rates. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, not including weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Free Shipping
All U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free shipping. No promo code required—the discount will be applied automatically at checkout.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
After your package has been shipped, it is handled by USPS. Needlemouth Studio is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed. We recommend contacting USPS directly for assistance in these cases. If there are any concerns, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help how we can.
PRE-ORDERS
For those wishing to purchase a canvas now and wait on its arrival, this information regarding pre-orders and timelines is for you.
I’m ordering both an in-stock canvas and a pre-order canvas. Will I receive the in-stock canvas now or later?
For split orders, your in-stock items will ship once you place your order. You will receive a separate invoice for shipping when your pre-ordered canvas arrives and is ready to ship to you.
Why does it show such a long estimated timeline for this canvas?
Every canvas designed by Needlemouth Studio is carefully and professionally hand-painted. As we use a painting service, we are subject to the wait times and queues of the hundreds of other designers submitting their orders.
Will it be exactly the amount of time shown on the website?
Unfortunately, the estimations given for each canvas are based on what our painting service has told us at the time of ordering. These times can be pushed back due to canvas shortage, overload of orders, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding. All orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they are placed.
RETURNS
At Needlemouth Studio, every canvas is carefully hand-painted to offer you high-quality designs for your needlepoint journey. Because each piece is handmade, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges—but we truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery. Whether your item arrived damaged or you have a concern, we will work together to find a solution.
CANCELLATIONS
Needlemouth Studio is unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. All orders are directly tied to updated inventory and re-orders placed from the painting service, so cancellations negatively impact this system.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Every needlepoint design sold by Needlemouth Studio is a hand-created and original piece of artwork. Please respect the time, creativity, and artistic work that goes into each piece.
Copying designs through stitch counting**, chart replication, tracing, scanning, or reproducing canvases for resale or distribution is prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
Designs are intended for personal stitching enjoyment only and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially distributed without written permission.
We reserve the right to take legal action to protect our original artwork and intellectual property.
**“Stitch counting,” or recreating a design from a finished canvas or photograph for purposes of duplication, resale, or distribution, is considered unauthorized copying of original artwork and is prohibited. Even if it is just for personal use, it is stealing, not to mention tacky.
